• What if we can’t get an occasional alcohol license for our event?
Then we can offer you our dry hire services. You provide the alcohol and we provide everything else: bars, staff, fridges, ice, glasses ….. See dry hire section for further details. Please be aware this means drinks can not charge for drinks.

• How late can we have our event licensed till?
Usually 1:00am but it is possible to have it licensed till 03:00am. If you require it to be open later we will need to check with the venue, the council licensing officer, and contact relevant police authorities to make sure the license will be approved.

• Can you provide bar snacks?
Yes we can! We have a variety of offering from olives, crisps and crackers, nuts through to anti pasti. We also offer a canapés, buffets, and full dining options through our caterer. Visit our catering page for some more information.

• Can we pay by credit card for drinks?
Yes there is a £1.00 charge per transaction. We are happy to run bar tabs up to £100.00 per guest. Our card terminals are mobile so 99/100 they work but if your venue is outside a mobile network there is the possibility of signal failure.

• Where do you usually hold your cocktail Masterclasses?
Usually in private homes and apartments. But we can also run them from hotel function rooms and other similar locations. Just let us know where you want it and we will try to accommodate.

• How long do your cocktail Masterclasses usually last?
Approximately 2 hours but they can be lengthened or shortened to suit your event.
